Do you require a retainer to hold the wedding date?
Yes. We require a retainer of $350 to hold your wedding day. This retainer is non-refundable and will be deducted from your balance.
Do you require payment upfront?
We require a payment of $850 by the day of the wedding. The remaining balance is due before the final video is received.
Do you cover pre-ceremony events?
Yes. We capture approximately 1 hour of footage of the bride and groom getting ready on their wedding day. Additionally, we capture footage during the photo shoot with the wedding photographer.
When can we expect to have our wedding video completed?
It will depend on the amount of footage captured and the extra services requested, but it typically takes about 6-8 weeks to receive your final wedding video.
Can we choose the music for the slide show and wedding recap?
Absolutely! Providing us with the music that you want during your slide show and wedding recap will make the moment that much more special and personalized.
Does the iPod Wedding Video Service come with an iPod?
Yes! Service includes a video iPod engraved with the couple's names and wedding date with your full wedding video loaded on it!
